Warranty Coverage
All products sold are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).
Warranty period varies by product and will be stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty card (if applicable).
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, negligence, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Warranty Claim Procedure
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Once approved, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund, subject to availability and assessment.
